A warm welcome by Kritara to a really effective and attentive massage to ease away the nagging pain in my shoulder. The best heated large massage bed kept me very comfortable too.

Easily the best massage I’ve had in years. I have been suffering from a QL muscle pain from yoga and IT band tightness from cycling for several weeks and the deep tissue massage has worked almost immediately- in 2-3 days they will be gone all together. Very well priced and outstanding professional service - and the treatment rooms are upstairs above Richmond high street- all new interiors light filled (and not some basement like so many places). I can’t recommend this place highly enough - I will be a regular visitor for sure.

Champagne and nibbles and friendly welcome. Incredibly relaxing massage, accommodating masseuse, comfortable bed, lovely to have the floating flowers to look at while having the massage. A couple of suggestions… a chair in the massage room would be nice to sit on when getting dressed and time to ground/ rest a few mins before getting dressed and back out. I’m sure you are doing this now.
